Im going to go with Rob on that one. WKTY's wx doesn't line up. I do hear a
W clearly then middle two UNID then I do hear a W at the end.
What time of the night did you hear them? Sounds like 0430 your time.
For me here at my QTH the 4 usual are WKTY, WIBW, CIWW and Mexico. Every
once in awhile its Tueplo but that's unusual.
