[IRCA] TP 21 Jan Victoria version
Miserable.....just miserable, except for a brief appearance of 4QD
(presumed). I guess Walt absorbed all the DX.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
Not in your wildest dreams
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
.....or yours either...
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
1548 presumed 4QD, sudden fade up w/man talking, few words of DU EE
"in 19-79" quite clear, another man, maybe on the phone, all at 1541UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
the above passing through, rather quickly
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)

best wishes,
Nick
