[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 9-14

Hello All,

Results here were very similar to Dennis' Kalama report, at least for Asian TP reception. Although propagation was still a little down because of the solar conditions, 594-JOAK did manage good signals once again throughout most of sunrise enhancement, and a few other NHK big guns also showed up in a halfhearted kind of way. The Chinese were still missing in action, however, and the Korean big guns on 972, 1053 and 1566 sounded anemic at best.

At my 1245 start time the band sounded very much like yesterday's, with 594-JOAK, 693-JOAB, 774-JOUB and 828-JOBB rising up out the noise with fair signals in and out. Unlike yesterday 972-HLCA, the 1053-Jammer and 1566-HLAZ were also around at ghostly levels during the predawn darkness, but they failed to maintain any kind of strength. Like yesterday the first sign of daylight around 1300 gave 594-JOAK a significant boost, and it reached a good level (in some splatter) around 1307. 693-JOAB and 774-JOUB also had fair to good signals in and out during sunrise enhancement, but their signals were usually mangled by the Vancouver and Seattle splatter. The Korean big guns on 972, 1053 and 1566 never really got untracked this morning, although poor audio could be heard on their frequencies if someone stuck around long enough. Nothing remotely exotic showed up this morning in this DU-dead zone, and with the exception of 594-JOAK even the NHK big guns were struggling a little. Hopefully tomorrow will bring better propagation.
