[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 12 August 2014

First TP audio here since the 4th:

891 - traces of audio at 1141, too weak to determine station
1629 - traces of instrumental music at 1157, but with the weak signal 
and four carriers of similar variable strength ranging from 1628.93 to 
1629.04 I couldn't determine which was producing the audio.
1656 -  Woman speaking in Chinese over an instrumental background at 
1152.   Almost certainly Voice of the Australian Chinese from Brisbane.
1701.07 -  Presumed Radio Brisvaani with south Asian music at 1149, then 
heard apparent commercial with woman giving phone number and web address.

Certainly the most interesting morning of the summer.      Quite a 
number of other carriers across the band, with decent ones (at various 
times) on 675, 702, 738, 828, 1026, 1116, 1503, 1548, 1566, 1611, 1638
