[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 16 August 2014

A bit more audio from Australia this morning:

774 -  Weak at 1152, but definitely in English, with man seemingly 
giving a sports commentary of some type, so presumably ABC Melbourne.

891 - Horse race commentary at 1159, so likely TAB Radio from 
Townsville, though ABC Adelaide could also have racing on a Saturday.

1116 - 4BC Brisbane, with talk by Aussie-accented man at 1203.

Nothing at all on the X-band today.  Quite a number of other carriers 
with strongish ones on 702, 828, 855, 1071, and 1287.
