Re: [IRCA] QRM QRN

We're not the only ones to have this debate.

http://forums.qrz.com/showthread.php?223710-QRN-or-QRM

I have no particular insight on the matter, but perhaps this speaks to the phenomenon known as QRD - interference caused by disagreement?

I appreciate the various comments pertaining to my halogens. I'll solve the problem by getting a couple of cheap table lamps for use when DXing. I almost never DX when the extended family is up using the place (this is a family cottage, so that only happens during July and August, when I'm not even thinking about AM, Christmas, and the occasional holiday weekend.

Of course, now that two of my siblings have just got puppies, there's talk of an electric fence. I gather one can turn these things on and off...
