This one is WBZU in Scranton PA. The call mentioned is co-owned WILK-FM, 
103.1.

I can't find any definite ID in your clips, but my guess would be WEOK.

The call sounds like WJPA (Washington, PA) to me, but I can't make any 
sense out of what follows it.
