Today's DX was reasonably OK. The upper half of the dial was down
noticeably from yesterday, but the lower part of the band improved.
There was a modest enhancement on the upper part of the dial just before
sunrise. Stations below 1000 peaked much earlier, mostly at about 1300
again today with all of them long gone by 1500. Many carriers were
noted between 700 and 1000 at about 1300-1330 UTC +/-.

693 JOAB, weather 1319, local ID 1320, then began English lesson
"let's start day 3 for the month of February", amid heavy CBU splatter
747 JOIB, man & woman with Chinese lesson 1352
1575 VOA, 1401 theme music, then what sounded like news in SE Asian
language (listed as Khmer)
Poor - Miscellaneous mumblings and sounds
