[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle, December 31

There was a bit more action at the low end of the dial today, but 
nothing spectacular to report.  The band seemed a bit unstable, with no 
discernible pattern for when signals peaked.   Each station pretty much 
marched to its own piper today.  There was definitely no sunrise 
enhancement.

Good
1566    HLAZ, 1345 wrapping up the day's Japanese pgm, antenna change, 
then weaker during start of Chinese service.  Much better 1348-1418, 
then signal dropped off considerably.  Not as good as yesterday, but 
still quite decent.

Fair
774    JOUB, JJ male 1250 possibly part of language lesson.  Music 1259, 
pips  at ToH, then weather report
972    HLCA, had its best signal 1341-1349, otherwise poor-nil today

Poor
693    JOAB, weak Japanese male talk 1251
747    JOIB, man & woman 1326, sounded like the usual English lessons
1170    KBS, weak 3+1 pips  1300 & 1400 during pause in KPUG audio
1413    bits of talk 1353, song started 1355, lost it before ToH
1575    VOA, Asian language talk faded up briefly 1423, otherwise little 
or no audio today
1602    weak talk, JJ-like inflections 1348
