[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle for December 12

TP DX today was a mixed bag.  There were actually some readable signals 
at the low end of the dial, even if they were just high powered NHK 
stations.  The high band was rather quiet today, especially when it was 
compared to yesterday's sunrise excitement.   There  was no enhancement 
at sunrise.  Instead, the stations peaked at different times, mostly 
between 1300 and 1430.  Overall, a ho hum morning.

747    JOIB, 1333 Chinese lessons, 1400 time pips then fanfare and JJ talk
774    JOUB, 1320, end of weather report, then local ID and start of 
English lesson
972    KBS, woman in Korean 1355
1566    HLAZ, peaked early today w/usual assortment of JJ talks, 
1250-1330, much weaker after that

Poor
693    JOAB, very poor w/final tone of the time pips 1300, bits of male 
talk 1304
828    JOBB, time pips 1400, otherwise just traces of audio
1170    KBS, time pips 1400 during well-timed 2 second pause in KPUG audio
1206    Yanbian, 1515 traces of talk on 1205.96
1593    CNR1, man and woman in Chinese 1320.  KLFE-1590 splatter a bit 
less than normal at the time.
1602    NHK2 partial time pips 1300
