Re: [IRCA] TIS on 840khz

A friend knows an engineer who says KMPH has been on its night pattern 24/7 for quite awhile. It has not filed for an STA to do it.

Now if KMPH would only deal with the overmodulation of the music. Only the music is affected. Spots and liners sound fine.

Phased down KMPH to find a TIS under it.. Why would they put a tis on a channel with 5K big mouth signal on it.

KMPH is directional away from me. Well that's what the maps says, but it sure doesn't sound like it...

Thanks
