Then what needs to happen is for the FCC to take that station off once and for all, and revoke his license.  Thumbing your nose at authority will always come around to bite you in the backside, and he needs to be taught a lesson.

WMOB got fined for it. And he stood there and told the FCC he was still going to do it...... (!!)
