[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 1-10

Hello All,

Despite limited time to listen, the band was full of TP signals from 1535-1555 UTC, including many low-band big guns which seemed to have been in hibernation recently. The star of the morning was 972-HLCA, with its best signal by far in the new year of 2013. A brief check of the band at 1500 also revealed 738-BEL2 in with fair Chinese audio, a rarity in deep winter.

603  China  Hulun Buir  Fair Chinese YL speech and music
           at 1548; first appearance in the new year

657  Pyongyang, N. Korea  Fair-good ancient music at 1542

738  BEL2  Penghu, Taiwan  Fair Chinese OM speech at
           1500; first decent audio for a month

972  HLCA  Dangjin, S. Korea  Good Korean YL-OM speech
           at 1535; best TP signal of the morning
