[IRCA] How is carrying Clippers basketball on 1200 kHz?

Hi.  I'm hearing LA Clippers basketball on 1200, and during breaks the
slogan, "The all new keen 1010".  I'm not getting a parallel on 1010, where
I usually hear Phoenix, Christian radio, sometimes in English and sometimes
in Spanish.  So who would be using the slogan "the all new keen 1010",
carrying the Clippers on 1200 kHz?
