[IRCA] Seattle TP Report - 25 Sept

TP's weren't very good here today.   I had sort of OK audio on 972 and 
1566, but that was about it.  The 1476 carrier was in once again, but it 
wasn't strong enough to produce anything recognizable.  Other than that, 
there were only a few weak carriers here and there.  Conditions were 
definitely down compared to yesterday and Sunday.  Hopefully tomorrow 
will  be better.
