[IRCA] TP for 25 Sept 2012; Victoria version

A quick glance at things before 1300UT showed the usual Asians in reasonably
well, but they faded rather as 1330UT approached, building again somewhat after
1340, so maybe that qualifies for sunrise enhancement; it's certainly when I
heard most of the weaker signals noted below.   Once again, signal strength was
erratic, strong now, weak moments later.


pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):


774 JOUB man in JJ 1340UT
1287 JOHR man and woman in JJ 1348UT
1566 HLAZ peaking at 1344UT with FEBC ID, and I believe frequency and power
details (something to sift through this evening).  After the 1345UT pattern
change, man in CC at lower strength




reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):


828 woman in JJ 1353UT
972 man in KK 1352UT



not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker:

747 JOIB woman in JJ, man in CC //774 at 1345UT
1323 CRI assumed w/man in RR 1343UT



Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

1134 man talking at 1347UT, not strong enough for guess at language
