[IRCA] TP from Victoria for 26Sep2012: Now that's more like it!

MUCH improved conditions today, once again solidly Asiatic with strong
signals from top to bottom.  SF 140, A2, K1.  972 especially, from Korea
was blasting in.  1566 and 1575 also very nice.  1476 is propagating well
as I type this at 13:56.  Of course, wanting to fade down to the TOH.  972
at 13:59 exceptionally strong.  This would have been a wonderful morning at
the coast.  I'm looking forward how others have fared!  73,  Walt Salmaniw,
