[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 9-25

Hello All,

As propagation matched the solar conditions there was a general improvement in big gun Asiatic signals here this morning, but unfortunately the overall boost didn't seem to entend to any new or obscure stations. The usual Korean mega-stations (657, 972, 1053 and 1566) had the best audio, along with 1575-VOA at times. A couple of Japanese big guns which are rarely heard here because of splatter (693 and 1287) managed to break through the din, and 1503-JOUK made its first appearance of the season. A comical moment was 657-Pyongyang coming in with a monster carrier around 1350, but having problems getting its ancient music to produce any modulation on the 1500 kW Chinese transmitter. Someone apparently was fiddling with the modulation level-- and managing only to make the awful music sound even worse.

language-- could be either HLSA or Hulun Buir
