The Lhasa site is or was used for service to south Asia. CRI's
website still lists English at 1600-1800 on 1323, but not the 1500
Hindi broadcast. It's possible the 1323 South Asian BC has moved to
a different site, maybe somewhere in Xinjiang??? It may require a
field visit to settle the issue :)

In checking through my email trail, you first brought the Korean
service to my attention back in 2007 after you received it and had
Bill Harms translate the ID. Before that, I had only the Russian
service listed.
