In Victoria, can't say that I was too impressed with conditions
either.  Usual Japanese powerhouses, and HLCA 972 came in quite well,
as did HLAZ 1566 at times only.  Other times, 1566 was barely there.
Nil DU activity from my brief look at the Perseus waterfall.
Generally a low average TP Asiatic morning.  73,  Walt
