[IRCA] TP's for 15 Sept

For whatever reason, the TP season DX at the Portzer house always starts
a few weeks later than everyone else's. I usually don't start hearing
much until after the Equinox, and so far the trend has held once again.
I've been recording the entire band from 1255 to 1315 every day since
Tuesday. I had weak audio on 747 and 1566 a couple of times, as well as
a few carriers, but that was about it.
This morning was a bit better. Things were rather quiet above 1200,
except for 1566 which had some decent quality audio after 1300. Low
band was OK, as was mid band. It was by far the best morning of the week.
Here's the breakdown on what could be heard today:
Good audio
JOIB-747 man with weather after 1300
HLAZ-1566 woman in Japanese after 1300
Fair audio
JOUB-774 //747
KBS-972
Traces of audio
567 (presumed Japan), 1035 (China?)
Carriers visible on the SDR display
558 594 621 639(briefly in KCMS splat) 648 657 666 693 738 756 828 837
855 864 936 954(despite the KJR sidebands) 1053 1206(possibly with
audio) 1503 1575
