Got up late this morning and missed listening time with good lower channel conditions.  
Only DU carriers on the upper channels.  DU audio on 738, 774, 792 and 828.  Listened 
from 1238-1310 utc.
 
180    RUSSIA,    Radio Rossii 1241 fair signal with classical music.
279    RUSSIA,    Radio Rossii 1240 good signal with classical music followed
                  by man in Russian.
738    TAHITI,    RF 1238 fair signal with woman in French. Weak at 1308.    
774    AUSTRALIA, 3LO 1254 fair signal with two woman in English. Alone on
                  channel with some splatter. Music at 1258 with female vocalist. 
                  Of course signal faded at 1259 and splatter increased.
792    UNKNOWN    1245 fair signal with man singing in English. Best on SW ewe.
                  Program did not match what ABC National had on live stream.
828    UNKNOWN    1249 weak signal with folk music.  DU accented woman announcer.
                  Best on SW ewe.
