[IRCA] Unknown TIS station 1660 heard 08/04/12

Unknown TIS station on 1660 is being heard again this morning mixing with KTIQ Merced, CA
NOAA broadcast on the TIS station.  Time 6:15 AM PDT. (1315 utc) TIS still best on Sky 
wire loop.  KTIQ signal is S-9+25 db.  6:21 AM PDT TIS signal briefly over KTIQ religious
programming.
