The IRCA reprints CD to the rescue once again...but in reference form 
unfortunately.  Reprint A020 (which looks at the DA7 among others) 
says that there was an NRC reprint about the DA3.    And  indeed, 
there still is, reprint A15....(http://www.nrcdxas.org/catalog/reprints/)

Sorry, can't help otherwise, though I may have something printed in 
my files if I could find a way of digging it out from that mess, hi.
