[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 9-23-11

Listened from 1240-1315 utc and conditions was up a little with carriers on 279, 594, 693 and 774.  The only audio was on 693 and 774 at 1309 utc and it was just at the noise level.  The noise level was very high and sounds more like July than late September.  Not much t-storm noise just a lot of noise.
