JOUB 774 heard fading in & out at 1316-1343 UTC with man & woman talking, barely audible to poor level. Hets heard on 648, 702, 792, 828 (fair in WCCO splash), & 972 kHz.
Receiver: Tecsun PL-310 with 7.5" loopstick. Sunrise was at 1333 UTC.
