You're right and that's a point I should've made too.
KIYU-AM 910 Galena, Alaska is/was silent because of the extreme cost of fuel
to power their generator, they filed for an got an STA to light up about a
dozen low power FM's in their local communities.
I can't believe I missed the few directional AM's there were in Alaska,
saying there were none. .I knew better!
