[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 17 Nov 2010

 Here in Alberta things were down a bit from yesterday.  The big 
Japanese were doing well, but things didn't extend much beyond that.
Audio this morning:

594 - JOAK Tokyo, Japan, fair-good
693 - JOAB Tokyo, Japan,  fair-good
747 - JOIB Sapporo,Japan,  good
774 - JOUB Akita, Japan, good
828 - JOBB Osaka, Japan, fair-good
972 - S.Korea, just traces
1548- 4QD Emerald, Australia, poor

After doing so well yesterday, Korea on 1566 was only a weakish carrier 
this morning.
