[IRCA] TP for 15 Nov from Victoria, BC.

Well, one thing I will concur with Gary on is the lack of any sunrise enhancement this morning. I started listening about 1445UT (sounds like an hour or more earlier might have been more productive), and conditions were so-so. Around 1500, the big guns increased somewhat in strength, but then rapidly hit the wall, and after that, it was definitely time for breakfast.

(on the other hand, around sunset this evening, 16 Nov, there were a few weak TA carriers, so all is not lost)

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

none

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

747 JOIB
774 JOUB
828 JOBB
972 HLCA
1287 JOHR presumed w/mx
1566 HLAZ

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker

936 oriental mx at 1457UT, presumed Anhui

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

1242 JOLF presumed
1476 CC inflected talk

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

1098 DU, 1323

best wishes,

Nick
