Its not KYAA 1200 Soquel, CA as thats Asian with Radio HUmasfar... KYAA was
my first guess.
Maybe WRTO Chicago? Or could this be an AM in Canada, as I thought there was
one around Vancouver or something. WRTO would be a stretch for sure.
