[IRCA] Who coordinates the DX test with AM broadcast stations?

I received an email from someone several months ago about arranging a 
date/time for a DX test, but the email isnt in my inbox anymore.
If that person would email me directly, I'd like to coordinate over the 
next several weeks, set a date for a DX test for WFNY-AM 1440 Gloversville NY. 
( 5kw nondirectional daytime, 500 watts directional north/south nighttime)
