Consider yourself lucky!  It's far worse here in the east.  Night after 
night, I get blasted with IBOC crud from high power stations on 660, 670, 
700, 710, 780, 810, 830, 840, 880, 1000, 1020, 1030, 1040, 1060, 1080, 1100, 
1120, 1170, 1180, 1190, 1210, and 1560, not to mention many strong IBOC 
signals from 5 kW stations on the regional channels, plus a couple of nasty 
ones on ex-band (1640 and 1690).  Since each of those stations ruin two 
channels (sometimes ganging up from both sides), if you add it all up, it's a 
huge mess.

It's almost enough to drive me back to the ham bands... :-(
