Listened from 0858 to 0906.  Many carriers noted in the level 4 & 5 signal strength.

153    RUSSIA, 0900 fair with man in Russian.
189    RUSSIA, 0859 weak with pips TOH.
279    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii ID at 0858.  Also ID at 0859.
594    JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 assuming the station with very weak audio at 0902.
693    JAPAN, JOAB NHK2 0903 weak with a lot of splatter.
774    JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 0904 fair with splatter from domestics.
828    JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 0905 fair signal.
