   It's been up and down here for TAs.  After the very early start, 
things dropped back for quite some time before some renewed activity a 
couple of hours later.

Interesting that 1089 has been Russia rather than the UK at least to 
this point.  Had high hopes of IDing 702 as it had a good signal with 
classical music shortly before 0300, then at about 10 seconds before the 
hour a sudden huge spatter from the sports station on 700 swamped it.
