[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 2-23-09
Listened from 1330-1420 utc and conditions were not very good with most carriers on the bottom part of the band. I did get a weak carrier on 1566 but that was the only carrier on the top part of the band.
279 Radio Rossii hrd at 1403 utc very weak with woman talking.
774 JOUB Japan just above the noise level at 1407 utc.
