[IRCA] TP for 18 Feb from Victoria, BC

Another odd morning with occasionally strong big guns (which may have been
better yet earlier), and not much from the second string, or on the upper band 
Listened from 1415 to 1425UT, around 1450 and 1510-1515UT also. 

pretty darn good audio (at least briefly): 

594 JOAK at 1512UT; not great earlier
774 JOUB
828 JOBB SS lessons at 1415UT



reasonable audio  at  times during the period (though often battling w/splash or
noise):

603 HLSA mx //558 at 1513, not noted earlier
747 JOIB //774 at 1424



not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise: 

558 HLQH //603 at 1513; also not noted earlier
567 JOIK  // 594 at 1425UT
693 JOAB //828 at 1421
972 HLCA 1427UT, usual big carrier
1287 JOHR likely at 1514UT

 
Burbles in the splatter and noise:

576 Asia direction, Russia?
648 Russia?
738 music, possibly Tahiti by direction
873 seemed //828, so JOGB?
1134 too murky to tell
1575 at 1514UT, man talking likely VoA?

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter): 1188,
1215, 1566
