Good Morning:

Listened from 1430-1501 utc.  Lower channels much better
again than the upper channels.  This has been an on going
occurrence for quite a few days now.  Long wave poor this
morning.  Tried 675 for Vietnam, but just a level 4 carrier.
Only have a tentative reception from a couple years ago
 for Vietnam.

279    RUSSIA, 1441 weak, but steady signal with music.
558    JAPAN, JOCR 1442 fair and some splatter with woman in 
          Japanese.  
594    JAPAN, JOAK 1444 weak with splatter.  Fair at 1456 on
          second scan of band.
603    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLSA 1445 weak with music.
639    CHINA, CRN1 1446 fair, almost good with music.  // 5030.
648    RUSSIA, 1459 VoR in for a few seconds with music.
774    JAPAN, JOUB 1430-1440 mostly fair, sometimes good signal
          with some splatter.
828    JAPAN, JOBB 1448 weak with woman in Japanese.
1566  REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1453 nice carrier, faint audio.
1575  THAILAND, 1454 poor with a few words coming through.
