Craig,
I've since had it confirmed that WARL 1320 is operating on something other
then a 24 hour schedule.
According to a friend of mine in Providence close to the station says they
are operating from 6am to 10am 7 days a week, that this is a plannd schedule
and not some equipment problem or fault. However, Ive been told whatever
they're using to sign on and off isn't so "smart" and they could sign on
quite a few minutes early or sign off later then 10pm.
