[IRCA] KOIN TV guywire breaks

I heard on the Portland news tonight that one of the guywires on the
KOIN-6 tower snapped, probably related to the weather. There is no
danger as there are 28 guywires on the tower, but some people within
1500 feet have been evacuated. The team of engineers frm Seattle are
there now repairing the damage.
