[IRCA] 828 kHz decent carrier

Good Evening,
A real nice carrier on 828, close to threshold audio at times. KPAM 860
knocks out 864 with their S-9+50 db signal, and thats with the NE ewe
off it's side.
Maybe a few mumbling words from 1017, no audio from the others.
