my Sony SW car radio has a switch underneath (I have not tried to find it
yet) that the documentation simply says, "select 9 or 10kHz spacing before
installation". If the switch is easy to reach, is there a general rule
about when to throw it? Should power be disconnected, or the radio simply
turned off?
