Listened from 1210-1328 utc.  Best conditions here for this young season.


153        Russia, Radio Rossii good signal with music at 1213.

180        Russia, Radio Rossii very weak at 1214.

189        Russia, Radio Rossii 1214, end of music followed by man in 
              Russia.  Best signal of season. Level 9.

234        Russia, level 4 carrier.

279        Russia, level 5 carrier.

693        Japan, JOAB very weak at 1303, battered in splatter.

774        Japan, JOUB 1225 weak to fair signal with splatter.  Man in Japanese.

828        Japan, JOBB 1228 weak with man in Japanese.

891        Australia? weak audio 1322, man speaking, DU English?

1017      Unknown, Asian music, very weak. 1301.  China and JOLB heard here 
              in past.

1566      Republic of Korea, 1231 from carrier to audio after antenna switch, weak
              to fair signal.  Woman in Japanese.  Good signal at 1242.   Good at 1310.
              Very weak at 1327.

1575      Thailand, VOA weak signal at 1236 with man in Asian language.  Rose to
              fair signal at 1237.   Still fair at 1309.
