[IRCA] TP's for 8-3-08

Listened from 1215-1250 and conditions were good with carriers on 576, 594, 603, 648, 657, 675, 738, 747, 756, 774, 882, 1116, 1125 and 1134 all were DU per the loop.  I got snippets of audio on 648 at 1240 and very weak audio on 774 at 1235 with man in English.  So far this year no carriers or audio from Japan.
