[IRCA] 1410 Lehighton Country unID

unID ... Heard a country-bluegrass station, perhaps southern gospel, with 
mentions of Lehighton and Education Educators something or other, while 
driving in Toronto late Friday afternoon, on 1410. There was one Johnny Cash 
Christmas song, but otherwise bluegrass-stsyle stuff...

Also heard 1310 WORC Worcester MA with Spanish programming and an EE TOH 
legal ID for a new Toronto catch...this has been heard many times at Burnt 
River, but not here.
