Re: [IRCA] am iboc

Isn't this a beautiful report? It proves old Boston pal Dave Fitzgerald's
premise. Filmgoers and radio listeners needn't be expert. They know what looks
and sounds good and what doesn't. Lay audiences make or break films and radio
programs with uncanny accuracy.

Can't you just hear HD's barking moonbats on Radio-Info? A young man of
twenty listens to radio and expresses interest in air work? How can this be?
TeamBLOC shill parrots steadfastly claim young people don't listen to radio. Well,
here's one who does. How will they talk their way outa this? Perhaps it's time
for them to come clean - or shut up.

As is increasingly being said, it's over. HD's window of opportunity is long
past. TeamBLOC's harebrained dingbat scheme to leave jammers on so as to
'bring listeners around' to 'our inevitable digital future' will only backfire
worse than already it has.

Pull the plug. Call it a bad investment. Better that than throwing good
money after bad and permanently alienating a thus far still sympatico and
forgiving audience. What a waste.

Fantastic object lesson in arrogance, avarice, vanity, and Mencken's Bathtub
Hoax.
