[IRCA] Two new logs

Two new logs from last night, November 15 Eastern time:

1250  WGHB Farmville NC at 2230, caught partial ID with "...Pirate
radio, 1250 and 930..." then a sung ID which sounded like WGHB, so
presumed them.

1380  WLVR Lebanon VA at 2330, constant southern gospel music (some
lists have them with a country music format but I heard only southern
gospel), no ads, missed the ID around 2300, caught a nice one around
2330, got it on tape, many mentions on WLVR.  Listed night power of 63
watts, but good signal.
