[IRCA] TPs for 11/9

Good Morning
 
Listened from 1245-1355 UT and conditions were way down from yesterday.  Only one station with audio and that was JOUB-774 with man and woman with JJ talk at 1339 UT.  Carriers were 558, 648, 693, 747, 774, 828, 963, 972 and 1566.  The carrier on 963 was strong but never did get any audio from it.
