164 Mongolia better today, compared to yesterday, first heard 1300 utc, 
fading out around 1500, rising to poor/weak level at times. 209 Mongolia 
only very poor once or twice. 162's weak het of yesterday was stronger 
today, finally producing a little audio at 1334 utc, with talk and music. 
Presumed Russia, first time I've had morning audio on 162.
828 with JJ at weak level, 1310 utc, with many MW hets.
LWBC Far East Russians doing well today--153, 171, 180, 189, 234, 279--with 
189 still at weak/medium level right now, 1536 utc.
