[IRCA] TA at 1089

2230 UTC: Strong het followed by brief audio at 1089.  Male Brit speaking.
Inaugural night for 60' Misek micro steerable wave antenna.  Works pretty
well, quiet and quite steerable.  Height above ground is 6', elements made
from 300 ohm twin feed from RatShak, military commo wire for feed line.
Has more toroids in it (6) than half the qrp transceivers I've made.
