[IRCA] Need Help w/ UNID Floridian on 1070

Earlier this week near sunrise, I heard a religious
station on 1070 with a dual city ID mentioning
Pensacola, and what I am sure was the callsign "WNPY".

Unfortunately, I cannot find such a station listed on
the usual references I use such as amlogbook.com, the
FCC database, or even Google searches.

Can anyone help me identify this station?  I have
posted a clip below.  Any help would be most
appreciated.
